We are permanently stocked at Workshop Modesty (269 Imam Haron road, Claremont), but it really is best to order online, as we don’t keep stock of everything at all times. We encourage customers to pop around if they’d like to see our quality or to try on our apparel but otherwise best to order online.

Unfortunately not. Most times orders are for customized pieces and we require upfront payment via eft or various pay engines on the website in order to secure the items. Often times clients say they are interested in something and we keep it aside only for them to never collect. Upfront payment is a way for us to ensure that the item will be collected. We allow clients to pay by cash or card at pop ups when they see something they like or at various markets.

Most definitely! You can pop in at Workshop Modesty (269 Imam Haron Road, Claremont) to try on which size you’d like to purchase. Please note that the store has limited stock and it’s best to order online.

Yes you can. If you’re based in Cape Town and would like to collect you can enter your province and a local pick up option will pop up on checkout (at no additional fee). Once your order is done we’ll notify you about collection. The local pick up point is at Workshop Modesty

We do not have a call or whatsapp line. We will gladly respond to all enquiries via our email in a timely fashion. I am the only person who runs everything so please allow some time for responses. Responses are also done during trading hours only (Monday-Friday 9-4). All orders must still be done online and no orders will be accepted via whatsapp or dm.

We have a production time on all items. We need a minimum of about 5-7 working days and maximum of 15-20 working days to create your item for you. We suggest ordering in advance to ensure you get your item when required. We work according to working hours and days and do not work over weekends. All emails sent after hours or over a weekend will be responded to during our working hours

(Monday-Friday 9am-4pm). We endeavor to reply to all emails but we sometimes miss them and if this is the case please resend it. We are sometimes busy with production and do not reply immediately but we will reply at our earliest convenience.

The website was created to allow people to order online and see all items we sell in one space. Items such as tote bags and notebooks MUST be ordered online as we allocate all our available stock to the site. If you require something to be personalized, it can be added to the notes section online. we will still be taking emails for personalized items and if you’d like to discuss anything.
